Food Applications and Recommended Dosage:

Beverages (milk tea, fruit tea, coffee): 0.05–0.15 %, synergistic with lactose/maltose syrup; added during the later stages of baking at ≤85℃;

Baking (cakes, cookies, bread): 0.1–0.3%, premixed with fats, retention rate ≥85% at 180℃;

Confectionery (gummy candies, hard candies, chocolate): 0.1–0.4%, added after dissolving in syrup or fat phase;
Dairy products/ice cream: 0.08–0.2%, homogenized with milk base, does not affect freezing point;

Roasted nuts/puffed snacks: 0.2–0.5%, powdered form, applied after spraying with oil, requires microencapsulation to prevent oxidation;

Hookah/e-cigarette liquid: 0.5–2%, compounded with PG/VG and cooling agent WS-23 0.3%, “Iced Tiramisu” flavor;
