Tomato flavoring is a food-grade flavor enhancer formulated from natural tomato extracts or synthetic fragrances. It produces a complex aroma of “fresh tomato + green aroma + sweet and sour + fatty aroma,” and is widely used in beverages, sauces, baking, puffed foods, hookahs, etc., to compensate for the loss of characteristic tomato aromas during processing.
