Typical Applications and Reference Dosage
Beverages (Matcha Latte, Milk Tea, Fruit Tea): Add 0.05-0.2%, mix at high speed with syrup and milk base.
Baking (Cakes, Bread, Cookies): Add 0.1-0.3%, dry mix with flour or add after dissolving in fat.
Confectionery (Gummy Candy, Hard Candy, Chocolate): Add 0.1-0.4%, add after dissolving in syrup or fat phase.
Dairy Products/Ice Cream: Add 0.08-0.25%, homogenize with milk base and stabilizer.
Hookah/E-cigarette Liquid: Add 0.5-2%, compounded with PG/VG and cooling agents.

Usage Notes
Avoid prolonged exposure to high temperatures: Heating at temperatures above 180℃ will cause aroma volatilization. It is recommended to add flavoring later and quickly seal and cool.
Stir evenly: The powder is prone to clumping. Pre-dissolve it in a small amount of hot water or propylene glycol before adding it to the main system.
Synergy with cooling agents: Combining with WS-23 and WS-5 can enhance the icing sensation without affecting the matcha aroma.
Color control: High doses (>0.5%) have a natural green color, which can reduce the need for additional pigments.
