Food Applications and National Standard Dosage:
Beverages (corn juice, milk tea, soft drinks): 0.05–0.15%, for water-based products, add directly; synergistically enhances flavor with 0.05% citric acid.
Baking (biscuits, cakes, bread): 0.1–0.3%, for oil-based products, premix with oil; retains ≥85% after baking at 180℃.
Confectionery (soft candy, hard candy, chocolate): 0.1–0.4%, added after dissolving in syrup or fat phase.
Dairy products/ice cream: 0.08–0.2%, homogenized with milk base; does not affect freezing point.
Roasted nuts/puffed foods: 0.2–0.5%, for powdered products; sprinkled after spraying with oil; requires microencapsulation to prevent oxidation.
