Food-grade coffee oil flavor is a liquid food additive that uses oil as its main carrier to simulate the unique aroma of roasted coffee beans. It features a rich, heat-resistant, and long-lasting flavor.
Flavor Characteristics: This flavor extract has a rich coffee aroma, a roasted bitterness, and a slightly balanced sweet and sour taste. Its key feature is its ability to blend well into oil-based food matrices, providing a rich, full-bodied texture and flavor depth.
Aroma Profile: Based on “deeply roasted coffee beans + milk fat + nuts,” it also features a slight caramel sweetness and smoky notes. The aroma is rich and long-lasting, providing an authentic coffee base for chocolates, baked goods, and other products.
Properties: Primarily an oil-soluble liquid (a water-oil soluble version is also available), clear and light yellow, heat-resistant up to 180°C, and compatible with cocoa butter and milk fat without altering tempering curves.
Main Ingredients: Pyrazines (2,3,5-trimethylpyrazine), furfuryl mercaptan, 2-acetylfuran, vanillin, 5-methylfurfural, coffee tincture extract, etc.; some models may be labeled “natural flavor.”
