Suggested Usage:
Earl Grey Tea/Flavored Tea: Form: Water-soluble, Recommended Dosage: 0.05-0.10%, Blend with black tea flavor 1:1, spray onto tea leaves and dry at 50℃;
Carbonated & Ready-to-Drink Tea Beverages: Form: Water-soluble, Recommended Dosage: 0.06-0.12%, Synergistic with 0.3% citric acid, added after sterilization;
Ice Cream/Yogurt: Form: Water-soluble/Emulsified, Recommended Dosage: 0.08-0.15%, Added at the end of the aging process, avoid prolonged sterilization above 85℃;
Baking (Cakes, Cookie Fillings): Form: Oil-soluble, Recommended Dosage: 0.10-0.20%, Premix with butter, approximately 15% loss during baking at 180℃;
Jelly/Gummy Candy: Form: Water-soluble, Recommended Dosage: 0.10-0.20%, Blend with lemon flavor 1:1 to mask the off-flavor of the colloid;
Chocolate/Coatings: Form: Oil-soluble, Recommended Dosage: 0.15-0.25%, Added during tempering at 30-32℃ to reduce volatilization;
