Food Applications and National Standard Dosage:

Beverages (Orange juice, milk tea, soda): Recommended addition ratio: 0.05–0.15%, synergistic with 0.05% citric acid to enhance freshness;

Baked Goods (Orange cake, cookies, bread): Recommended addition ratio: 0.1–0.3%, pre-mixed with oil, retention rate ≥85% after baking at 180℃;

Confectionery (Orange gummies, hard candies, chocolate): Recommended addition ratio: 0.1–0.4%, added after dissolving in syrup or fat phase;

Dairy Products/Ice Cream: Recommended addition ratio: 0.08–0.2%, homogenized with the dairy base, does not affect the freezing point;

Roasted Nuts/Puffed Snacks: Recommended addition ratio: 0.2–0.5%, applied as an external powder, sprinkled after oil spraying, requires microencapsulation for oxidation protection;
