Applications and Dosage:

Beverages (Fruit Tea, Soft Drink): Add 0.05–0.15%, synergistically with 0.05% citric acid to enhance freshness.

Jelly/Pudding: Add 0.1–0.3%, dissolve with the colloid, added later.

Candy (Gummy Candy, Hard Candy): Add 0.1–0.4%, dissolved in syrup or fat phase and added later.

Baking (Biscuits, Cakes): Add 0.1–0.25%, premixed with fats, retains ≥85% after baking at 180℃.

Dairy Products/Ice Cream: Add 0.08–0.2%, homogenized with the milk base, does not affect freezing point.
